 Important events in the his­tory of the issuer

2006 – Foundation of the com­pany Sanergie a.s.

 The com­pany Sanergie a.s. was foun­ded by Petr Bína with the aim of buil­ding and ope­ra­ting a pho­to­vol­taic power station in the area of sou­thern Moravia. Sanergie a.s. was ori­gi­nally foun­ded as a family firm.

2008 – First power station put into ope­ration: Dubňany 2.2 MWp

In Dubňany, Moravia, a power station with total installed capa­city of 2.2 MWp was put into ope­ration in October 2008. For the con­struction the com­pany pur­cha­sed lands with a total area of 70 417 m², the gene­ral con­trac­tor of the con­struction was the com­pany SLUNETA s.r.o., and the main finan­cial part­ner of the pro­ject was the com­pany Raiffeisen – Leasing s.r.o. The ove­rall invest­ment costs of the con­struction were CZK 225.1 mil­lion (without lands). The power station has 12 270 solar modu­les loca­ted on fixed structu­res, and the con­struction is insu­red with the com­pany Česká pojiš­ťovna a.s.

2009 – Second power station put into ope­ration: Ratíškovice 2.2 MWp

In November 2009 a second solar power station with installed capa­city of 2.2 MWp was put into ope­ration in Ratíškovice in sou­thern Moravia. The com­pany IMMORENT ČR s.r.o. became the main finan­cial part­ner of the con­struction, and the ove­rall invest­ment costs of the con­struction were CZK 213.1 mil­lion. It inclu­ded 10 350 solar modu­les loca­ted on fixed structu­res and trac­kers. The con­struction is insu­red by the com­pany Kooperativa, and the gene­ral con­trac­tor was the com­pany SLUNETA s.r.o.
