2006 – Foundation of the company Sanergie a.s.
The company Sanergie a.s. was founded by Petr Bína with the aim of building and operating a photovoltaic power station in the area of southern Moravia. Sanergie a.s. was originally founded as a family firm.
2008 – First power station put into operation: Dubňany 2.2 MWp
In Dubňany, Moravia, a power station with total installed capacity of 2.2 MWp was put into operation in October 2008. For the construction the company purchased lands with a total area of 70 417 m2, the general contractor of the construction was the company SLUNETA s.r.o., and the main financial partner of the project was the company Raiffeisen – Leasing s.r.o. The overall investment costs of the construction were CZK 225.1 million (without lands). The power station has 12 270 solar modules located on fixed structures, and the construction is insured with the company Česká pojišťovna a.s.
2009 – Second power station put into operation: Ratíškovice 2.2 MWp
In November 2009 a second solar power station with installed capacity of 2.2 MWp was put into operation in Ratíškovice in southern Moravia. The company IMMORENT ČR s.r.o. became the main financial partner of the construction, and the overall investment costs of the construction were CZK 213.1 million. It included 10 350 solar modules located on fixed structures and trackers. The construction is insured by the company Kooperativa, and the general contractor was the company SLUNETA s.r.o.
