JUDr. Petr Neubauer, chair­man of super­vi­sory board

After lea­ving gra­m­mar school in České Budějovice, P. Neubauer stu­died at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In the year 2000 he gai­ned a doc­to­rate there. Since 1998 he has been a mem­ber of the Czech Bar Association, and since 2006 he has been an arbit­ra­tor at the Arbitration Court atta­ched to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. He under­took a research fellowship in the USA. Before he became a part­ner of the office NEUBAUER & PARTNER, he wor­ked as an inde­pen­dent lawyer focus­sing on fore­ign lan­gu­age cli­en­tele. Dr Neubauer spe­aks Czech, German, English, Italian and Russian.

Mgr. Michal Pavlas

After lea­ving gra­m­mar school in České Budějovice, M. Pavlas stu­died at the Faculty of Law of the West Bohemia University in Plzeň. From 2004 he was a mem­ber of the Czech Bar Association as an attorney’s clerk and since 2008 as a lawyer. Over the course of his stu­dies, he underwent research atta­chments in seve­ral law offi­ces. He is currently a part­ner in the office NEUBAUER & PARTNER. He spe­ci­a­li­ses in con­tract law and the law of tra­ding com­pa­nies, he spe­aks Czech and English.

Radek Maléř

After com­ple­ting secon­dary school in Prague he suc­cess­fully com­ple­ted stu­dies at the National Education Institute in the field of spe­ci­a­list for com­mer­cial and manage­ment acti­vity. Then he wor­ked at Česká spo­ři­telna a.s. in Prague (1992–1996) in vari­ous posi­ti­ons until rea­ching the level of branch manager. From 1997 to 2007 he wor­ked in the lea­sing com­pany of Česká spo­ři­telna a.s. (Corfina a.s., Leasing České spo­ři­telny a.s., Autoleasing a.s.) in sales posi­ti­ons for the area of finan­cing of tech­no­lo­gies, machi­nes and equi­p­ment. He finished his work in the finan­cial group ČS a.s. in the post of sales manager. From 2007 to 2009 he wor­ked as an account manager for the area of finan­cing tech­no­lo­gies, machi­nes and equi­p­ment in the com­pany Raiffeisen Leasing s.r.o., where he wor­ked at the very start of finan­cing for renewa­ble resour­ces. Since 2009 he has been employed in the firm SANERGIE a.s.
